I had a pleasant stay at a well-priced B&B in a convenient location. My room was clean, serviced daily, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even serving breakfast outside of their usual hours to accommodate my early departure. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood, just a short walk from the Haymarket Tram stop. It is also conveniently close to the bus stop for the airport, making it easy to access transportation. The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms, with friendly and welcoming staff. We loved the Victorian-style architecture and the historical vibe of the hotel. The breakfast room was particularly impressive with its traditional design and plates and cups that added to the overall charm. The traditional English breakfast served was absolutely delicious. The hotel owners were incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, both in the rooms and throughout the entire facility. Additionally, the hotel staff were lovely and provided excellent service. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to transportation hubs like the tram station and train station. It was also close to the city center, making it easy to explore the city's attractions.

This hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The staff are friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the garden view from my room and the quick service from the pleasant waitress during breakfast at 08.30.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were perfect.
